At Sparkle Express Car Wash, our Shift Supervisors help create the energy, structure, and customer experience that keep our sites running at a high level every day. We’re looking for someone dependable, people-focused, and ready to lead from the front.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily shift operations with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, safety, and customer experience.
- Coach and support team members while helping maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure the site stays clean, organized, and operating to Sparkle standards.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
- Support opening and closing procedures, including second-shift closings when scheduled.
- Help train new hires and guide team members on best practices and day-to-day operations.
- Promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and help drive site sales performance.
- Step up as the go-to leader when upper management is not onsite.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous leadership experience required (Shift Lead, Team Lead, Key Holder, or similar).
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Someone who stays calm under pressure and solves problems quickly.
- Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable leading a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Motivated to grow with a company that values strong leadership.
