Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate team members to deliver outstanding guest service

Required Skills and Experience

• At least six months of experience in a guest-focused business (retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)
• Natural leadership abilities and a self-starting personality
• Strong communication skills with guests and team members
• Willingness to learn new skills and pitch in to help co-workers
• Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
• Ability to use point of sale systems
