What Youll Do
As a Shingle Roofing Laborer, you will be responsible for:
Removing old roofing and preparing surfaces for new shingles to ensure proper installation.
Safely loading, carrying, and positioning shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing materials according to project specifications.
Assisting in the installation of shingles, underlayment, flashing, and other roofing components as directed.
Supporting dry-in procedures to safeguard structures from weather exposure during construction.
Working at heights and on ladders while adhering strictly to safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Standing, bending, reaching, pulling, and pushing throughout your shift.
Frequently lifting objects weighing 5075 lbs to support material transport and installation.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment by removing debris and organizing tools and equipment.
