Shipfitter Supervisor - Pascagoula, MA

The Shipfitter Supervisor oversees structural fabrication teams responsible for assembling ship hull structures and major vessel components. This role ensures production schedules, quality standards, and safety procedures are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise shipfitting crews and assign daily tasks
• Monitor production schedules and milestones
• Provide technical guidance on ship structural assembly
• Ensure structural alignment and fabrication accuracy
• Maintain shipyard safety compliance
• Coordinate with welding teams and engineering staff

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipbuilding or heavy fabrication experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills
