Compensation: $19.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:30am-4:00pm | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do as the Shipper:- Prepare, stage, and organize finished goods for outbound shipment
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Load trailers safely and efficiently to meet shipping schedules
- Generate and process shipping paperwork using the ERP system
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and correctness
- Coordinate with production teams and supervisors to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping work area
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and material-handling guidelines
What You Need to Bring to the Shipper Role:- Manufacturing or shipping experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand work orders and shipping documents
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and perform basic math, including fractions
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
- Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification
- Basic computer and ERP system skills
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work effectively as part of a team
