Shipper / Packer – Milford, CT | Temp-to-Hire

Nesco Resource is seeking a reliable Shipper/Packer for a growing company in Milford, CT. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering the chance to join a great team and build a long-term career.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and label products accurately according to work orders.
• Inspect products for damage or defects before shipment.
• Build and stage pallets and cartons for outbound shipments.
• Verify quantities and item numbers to ensure order accuracy.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with receiving, inventory, and other warehouse duties as needed.
• Enter and update transactions in NetSuite (experience a plus).

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Forklift experience or certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
