1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday | 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM

Pay: $21.00/hour + $1.50 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll help gather and prepare customer orders, load and secure products for shipment, and support the overall shipping operation. Responsibilities include:

• Read and understand orders and product specifications
• Learn and utilize the truck loading and scanning system
• Load and secure products safely and correctly
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
• Understand loading procedures and shipping responsibilities
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts
• Learn product identification and proper loading techniques
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Work 40+ hours per week, including overtime as needed

What We're Looking For

• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a safe driving record
• Ability to lift and handle heavy products
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Commitment to quality, safety, and accuracy
• Customer-focused mindset with a desire to achieve daily production goals
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Previous experience in a team environment is a plus
