Shipping Admin

Mainly admin work, helping will call, running reports and working on Excel. Bilingual Spanish is always a plus but not mandatory

Job Summary

Verify and keep records on test report information from the mills

Prepare test reports for shipment of goods using the company's specific test report computer system.

Generate Certificates of Conformance to include with every shipment

Make corrections on sales orders or test reports previously generated

Other clerical duties as assigned.

Knowledge

Clerical knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as MS applications, managing files, records, and other office procedures and terminology

Metal industry knowledge preferred but not required
