Shipping Administrator

Mack Iron Works is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to join our team.  This position is responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, preparing shipping documentation, communicating with ccustomers and freight carriers, and ensuring orders are porcessed accurately and on schedule.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced  environment, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and enjoys working as part of a collaboative team.  In addition to shipping responsibilities, this role provides administrative support with tasks such as order entry, invoicing, and customer service to help keep daily operations running smoothly.
