As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a crucial role in the hands-on logistics process of our high-end putters. You'll work closely with your team to maintain an organized and safe environment while ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do
As a Shipping and Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for:
Order picking and packing in the shipping department
Conducting quality control checks on shipments
Fixing minor issues as necessary (training provided)
Accurately packaging and labeling finished products with precision and efficiency
General cleanup and maintaining a tidy workspace
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior shipping experience and good computer skills required
Experience with Shippo, FedEx, Worldship, spreadsheets, etc., is strongly preferred
A strong sense of pride in your work and attention to quality
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ask questions when needed
Multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
Capable of working independently with little supervision as well as collaborating as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
A passion for golf is a plus but not required
Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Creswell, Oregon, and offers a full-time day shift.
