What you’ll handle

• Assist in scheduling shipments and coordinating trucking logistics with direction from senior staff
• Work with internal partners and outside vendors to respond to basic customer inquiries and help with material or quality issues
• Reconcile, organize, and file invoices and receipts; handle mailing when needed
• Run daily inventory and material-usage reports as assigned
• Support inventory accuracy through routine audits and communicate findings
• Complete required system entries to keep inventory records precise and processes moving
• Take on other assigned tasks to support the team

Required background

• 0–2 years of experience
• Beginning to working knowledge of relevant subject matter (materials, logistics, or manufacturing operations)

Core competencies

• Intermediate written and verbal communication
• Can read, interpret, and apply work instructions while following procedures and quality guidelines
• Strong organizational habits to prioritize and manage materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Detail-focused approach for accurate inventory management and documentation

Physical demands

• Push/pull objects up to 30 pounds
• Stand for extended periods
• Work effectively in noisy areas
