Location: Marshville, NC

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule: Day shift 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM | Night shift 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM | Every other weekend required

What to expect:

• Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Operate handheld scanners and warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace policies
• Work effectively as part of a team while remaining self-motivated
• Lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Frequently and consistently lift 50+ lbs. throughout the entire shift
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull for up to 12 hours
• Perform repetitive physical tasks with limited downtime
• Work in a physically demanding environment where strength and stamina are essential

What it takes to be successful:

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Self-starter who learns quickly and requires minimal supervision
• Comfortable performing strenuous physical labor for extended periods
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused
• Able to remain productive during long shifts and repetitive tasks
• This is one of the most physically demanding positions we recruit for. Candidates who are successful in this role typically have previous experience in heavy labor, warehouse, construction, landscaping, moving, or other physically intensive work environments
