Now hiring Shipping and Logistics Associate

Stafford, TX

Start Date: 06/29/2026

Duration: 12-Month Contract

Pay Rate: $17.50/hour + OT after 40 hours

Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Forklifts, Freight, and People - You Handle It All.

This isn't your basic warehouse gig. It's an operations role. If you can process outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy in SAP, coordinate carrier pickups, prepare export documentation, and ensure all shipping records are accurate and compliant - this is the path for you!

Must-Have Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in shipping, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience using SAP (Shipping, Inventory Management, or Logistics Execution modules).
• Experience with FedEx Ship Manager and/or UPS WorldShip.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• International shipping and export documentation experience.
• Knowledge of Commercial Invoices, Certificates of Origin, and customs paperwork.
• Forklift or material handling equipment experience.Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Knowledge of warehouse shipping compliance and carrier requirements.
