Seeking a Shipping and Logistics Specialist to ensure seamless outbound operations in Wheeling, IL.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, monitor sales orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage transportation arrangements, freight relations, and compliance with shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate system updates, freight logs, and inventory of shipping supplies.
- Assist receiving, support inventory accuracy, and facilitate RMAs using workflow systems.
- Handle hazardous material shipments, track delivery errors, and resolve shipping issues across departments.
Requirements: High school diploma (associate degree preferred), 4+ years shipping experience, familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., J.D. Edwards), strong communication skills, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
This onsite role offers a starting pay of $25/hr, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and PTO.
