We are the leaders in our industry and have customers in all 50 states plus additional countries worldwide.What you'll do...We are seeking a Shipping and Materials Coordinator to support daily shipping operations within our manufacturing facility. This role ensures finished goods are packed, loaded, documented, and shipped accurately and on time. You will coordinate carrier pickups, prepare shipping documentation, and maintain accurate ERP transactions. In addition, you will support receiving and inventory control activities as needed.Shipping ResponsibilitiesPack and box finished goods to prepare for shipmentVerify part numbers, quantities, and special customer requirements prior to shipmentReview production output and sales order schedules to prioritize shipmentsEnsure all shipping documentation is accurate and complete prior to releaseGenerate shipping labels and complete required ERP transactionsSchedule pickups with LTL, FTL, parcel, and expedited freight carriersCommunicate shipment status updates to Customer ServiceReceiving & Inventory SupportReceive incoming materials, parts, and equipment; verify quantities and inspect for accuracyRecord receipts and inventory transactions accurately in the Made to Manage (M2M) ERP systemCoordinate material staging to support production schedulesMaintain organized storage areas and safe material handling practicesParticipate in cycle counting and inventory control activities to maintain inventory accuracyWhat you bring...Experience & BackgroundExperience in shipping, warehouse operations, materials coordination, or logistics within a manufacturing environmentExperience using ERP systems (Made to Manage preferred) for inventory and shipping transactionsFamiliarity with freight carriers (LTL, FTL, parcel, expedited) and shipping documentation requirementsExposure to inventory control practices such as cycle counting and material stagingExperience supporting production schedules in a fast-paced environment Technical & Operational SkillsStrong proficiency with forklift operationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system transactionsProblem solving skills and critical thinkingComfortable navigating ERP systems and maintaining clean, accurate dataBasic understanding of freight billing and invoicing processesA few things about us...Our commitment to quality is evident in our highly skilled colleagues and our exceptional approach to customer service.
