Overview: We are currently looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating a forklift to move materials within our warehouse.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize forklift equipment to transport materials within the warehouse
  • Perform loading and unloading of goods from trucks or cold storage areas
  • Conduct regular equipment checks and report any maintenance needs
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
  • Assist in inventory management and stock organization
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations
Experience
  • Prior experience in operating forklifts, including proficiency with Reach, Sit-down Forklift, and other related equipment
  • Ability to handle heavy lifting and materials handling tasks
  • Experience in shipping and receiving processes is a plus
  • Knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance procedures
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations such as loading/unloading and materials handling
Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Power Industrial Training Certification
  • Prior manufacturing experience preferred, food-manufacturing ideal.
  • Good communication skills and ability to grasp tasks.
  • Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success with the company
