Shipping and Receiving Associate

Location: Euclid, OH
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with potential for overtime

Responsibilities:

• Unpack, verify, and stage incoming MRO packages for processing and inspection.
• Check incoming materials against packing lists and required documentation.
• Identify damage, shortages, or incorrect paperwork and report issues immediately.
• Apply or match receiving labels and route material to the correct next step.
• Move materials between dock, receiving inspection, and the stock room.
• Consolidate and deliver certifications, inspection paperwork, or tags as needed.
• Support preparation of MRO items for work-order creation or internal routing.
• Assist with RTV/RMA material returns when directed.
• Support staging outbound shipments.
• Maintain dock cleanliness and organization using 5S standards.
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/dock/receiving environments.
• Ability to lift 35–50 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or aerospace.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
• Experience in MRO, inventory control, or receiving inspection support.
