Shift: Monday - Friday | 6 AM - 2:30 PM

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Experience with inventory management and order fulfillment
• Forklift experience required; forklift test completed before hire
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Experience staging, locating, stocking, picking, loading, and unloading products

Job Duties

• Receive, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing products
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions
• Perform computer-based data entry and warehouse documentation
• Assist with order fulfillment and product movement throughout the facility
• Follow all warehouse safety and quality procedures

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping and Receiving Associate supports warehouse efficiency by receiving incoming products, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining organized inventory. This role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.

The Shipping and Receiving Associate combines organizational skills with attention to detail to help ensure products are stored correctly, orders are fulfilled accurately, and shipping schedules are met. Strong communication and teamwork support successful warehouse operations.
