We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associates to join our Norwell warehouse team. This position plays a vital role in daily warehouse operations, helping ensure accurate shipments, organized inventory, and efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, transfers, and incoming shipments
• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy
• Use inventory systems and reports to maintain inventory control
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
• Report inventory discrepancies or shipment issues to management
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience
• Experience operating warehouse equipment
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory and order picking

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking for extended periods
• Frequent lifting, bending, reaching, and moving materials
• Ability to work in a physically active environment
