Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Training: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in Tulsa? We're hiring Shipping and Receiving Associate pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship - and still have energy left for Friday night. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands-on, boots-on, get-it-done work with a crew that's got your back.

Summary

This is not a basic warehouse packing role-this position requires a detail-oriented associate responsible for end-to-end shipping processes, including identifying finished goods in production areas, validating quality, documenting shipments, and preparing items for both domestic and international delivery. The team processes approximately 40 shipments per day, requiring strong accuracy, organization, and cross-functional communication.

What You'll Do (the daily grind that keeps it moving)

• Process shipments
• Prepare domestic and international shipments using shipping systems
• Create and manage shipping documentation: Bills of Lading + Packing Lists + Commercial Invoices + Shipping Labels
• Securely package products using tools such as nail guns and packing foam equipment
• Inspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are met
• Photograph completed goods before shipment for documentation
• Record shipment data (quantities, weights, dimensions, tracking)
• Locate finished goods within production areas for shipping
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Material Handling teams
• Communicate shipment status and tracking updates to Sales teams

What You'll Need (no fluff, just the facts)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months of shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Solid computer skills and general PC proficiency
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs independently (team lift for heavier items)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
