Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
• Previous forklift experience required
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to accurately count inventory and maintain records
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record preferred
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Duties

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments
• Document received inventory and report shortages, damage, or discrepancies
• Deliver incoming materials to designated departments or storage locations
• Prepare, package, label, weigh, and stage outbound shipments
• Complete Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentation
• Coordinate carrier pickups and deliveries
• Load and unload trucks using a forklift and other warehouse equipment
• Create custom packaging for oversized or specialty shipments
• Maintain accurate purchase orders, shipping records, and inventory documentation
• Answer phones and assist with order pulling as needed
• Complete end-of-day shipping and receiving paperwork
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Attendant you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping and Receiving Attendant helps keep warehouse operations running efficiently by coordinating the receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products. This position requires strong organizational abilities, careful attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.
