Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their client's team in California. This position plays a crucial role in the logistics and operations of the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as needed.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Work Hours: Full-time, exact schedule to be discussed during the interview process.
