We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for coordinating shipments, verifying incoming materials, maintaining records, and ensuring timely deliveries and pickups.
Responsibilities:
Verify incoming shipments and inspect for damage or discrepancies
Process, label, and organize incoming and outgoing merchandise
Coordinate deliveries, returns, and shipping methods
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation and reports
Communicate with suppliers, freight carriers, and internal departments
Drive company vehicle to UPS and FedEx drop-off locations
Maintain organized records and files
Promote a safe and positive work environment
Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
12 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and dependable work ethic
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass DMV background check
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
