Pay: $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire, Full-Time
Shift: 1st | Mon–Fri | 8:30am–5:30pm

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Description:

• Accurately enter customer orders, verify pricing, and ensure all billing and shipping details are correct

• Maintain strong, professional customer relationships with timely updates and problem resolution

• Prepare all necessary documentation for domestic and international shipments, including packing lists and bills of lading

• Serve as a back-up to the Supply Chain Supervisor and assist with material readiness to meet shipment deadlines

• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and maintain customer feedback logs in collaboration with the Quality Manager

• Conduct customer surveys and report insights to management

• Manage purchase requests and perform regular inventory cycle counts

• Use AS400 (BPCS), Microsoft Word, and Excel for efficient order and inventory tracking

• Lift and move items up to 25 lbs as part of daily tasks

• Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and self-motivation in a team-focused environment

• Operate forklifts and other distribution machinery
