HEICO Component Repair Group, a global leader in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of aircraft components, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team.
This position requires close coordination with the purchasing, stockroom, and quality assurance teams to maintain efficient inventory control and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
- Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods and confirm delivery information against purchase orders and shipping documentation
- Enter receipt details into the company’s ERP system
- Label and route materials to the appropriate departments
- Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking systems.
- Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation
- Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Perform general warehouse tasks.
- Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills/Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform data entry.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving software preferred (FedEx, UPS)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret packing slips, purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Must be able to operate or be willing to learn to operate a forklift and obtain certification upon hire.
