Position Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk
Location: Neenah, WI
Duration: 6-month contract with possible conversion to FTE
Employment Type: Contract role on W-2 through Above and Beyond Talent Acquisition, Inc. (A&B Talent)
Work Arrangement: Onsite
US Payrate: $15.00 - $20.00

Who we are looking for / Requirements:Previous experience in global logistics, transportation, shipping, order management, customer service, procurement operations, or a related field.
Experience working with international shipments, carriers, warehouses, or global customers is strongly preferred.
Previous experience in a global organization is highly desirable.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive approach to work, including the ability to identify additional tasks and opportunities to support the team without waiting for direction.
Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse teams, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
SAP and SED experience is preferred.
Performance Objectives / What you'll be doing:
Meet established daily shipping deadlines.
Provide initial customer responses within 24 hours.
Maintain accurate order, shipment, and export information.
Minimize customer service-related claims through accurate and timely order management.
Proactively identify and resolve potential shipping and order issues.
Contribute to team productivity by taking ownership of additional responsibilities and projects when appropriate.
