This role plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely movement of materials to support both production and customer orders. The ideal candidate has hands-on warehouse experience, is comfortable working in an ERP system, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Shipping Responsibilities* Pick, stage, and kit mechanical and electrical components using work orders and Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accuracy and completeness* Receiving incoming materials and accurately enter transactions into the ERP/MRP system* Locate, identify, and track inventory using part numbers, storage locations, and system data* Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to support efficient material flow and accessibility* Prepare and stage materials for production and outbound shipments* Assist with packaging and processing domestic shipments* Apply FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory practices to ensure proper stock rotation* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in alignment with warehouse standards* Prioritize tasks based on production and shipping needs in a fast-paced environment Required Skills:* Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, or similar systems)* Forklift experience preferred; ability to obtain certification required* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment* Ability to work independently or as part of a team* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassistedPreferred Skills:* High School Diploma or GED preferred* 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred* Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data entryBelcan is an equal opportunity employer.
