Shipping & Receiving Clerk – $22/hr – Sylmar, CA
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Experience: 6+ months preferred
Education: HS Diploma/GED required

We’re looking for a detail-driven, reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to support daily shipping, billing, and documentation functions for our CRM (Cardiac Rhythm Management) business unit. If you enjoy keeping things organized, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting smooth workflow operations, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

  • Release and invoice customer orders with accuracy and speed
  • Review and document driver trip reports
  • Provide essential clerical and administrative support
  • Handle photocopying, filing, and maintaining shipment records
  • Assemble and verify customer orders for materials and equipment
  • Support billing & shipping teams to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 6 months of administrative, warehouse, shipping, or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and keep accurate records
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Dependable, positive attitude, and ready to learn
