Schedule: 6:30am-4:30pm

Assist in production processes including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transport raw materials and finished goods

• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Follow SOPs and instructions
• Support production teams as needed
• Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or production problems to supervisors
• Adhere to call company safety policies and OSHA regulations

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience Requirements

• Two or more years of manufacturing or warehouse experience required
• Familiarity with bills of lading (BOLs) preferred
• Forklift certification required, or willingness to obtain certification
• Comfortable operating basic machinery and tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to follow instructions

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and temperature changes
• Willingness to use personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed

Job Duties

• Support production processes, including assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.

A Shipping and Receiving Clerk supports warehouse productivity by helping ensure products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently. This role combines organizational skills, inventory awareness, and safe material handling practices.
