If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, operating forklifts, staying organized, and being part of a team that makes an impact every day, we'd like to meet you.General ResponsibilitiesThe Shipping & Receiving / Warehouse Associate is responsible for shipping and receiving products, verifying product counts and labeling, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts, preparing loads for shipment, and helping maintain warehouse equipment and organization. This position plays a vital role in supporting efficient warehouse operations and ensuring materials move safely and accurately throughout the facility.What You'll Be DoingLoad and unload trucks safely and efficiently.Verify product counts and ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials.Operate forklifts to move raw materials, finished goods, and warehouse inventory.Supply materials to production lines to support daily operations.Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation.Keep warehouse equipment, materials, and storage areas clean, organized, and orderly.Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment, performing minor maintenance and cleaning as needed.Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and company safety policies.Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking ForQualified candidates will have:Minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experienceExperience with inventory control and recordkeepingBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookHigh School Diploma or GEDAbility to safely lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvementWhy B&D Foods?At B&D Foods, you're joining a company with a long history of investing in its people.
