Warehouse Receiving Specialist

Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Receiving Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in managing the receiving dock and ensuring the efficient flow of materials from various suppliers. You will be responsible for confirming the accuracy of parts and quantities based on Purchase Orders and Packing Lists, preparing materials for put away, and assisting with labeling and storage. Inconsistencies in orders will be researched with the Purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Responsibilities
Manage the receiving dock and oversee material receipt from various suppliers.
Confirm accurate parts and quantities based on Purchase Orders and Packing Lists.
Prepare materials for put away and assist with labeling and storage.
Research order inconsistencies with the Purchasing team.
Partner with the Purchasing team to ensure timely receipt of goods.
Utilize SAP software for receiving operations.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 6 months experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Ability to read and interpret manual pick lists.
Experience with receiving operations.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to perform cycle counts accurately.
Proficiency in basic math skills.
Ability to read part numbers and match them with manual pick lists.
Ability to operate a manual pallet jack.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience supporting shipping with FedEx and UPS.
Experience with receiving cargo using SAP or Oracle.
Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically SAP.

Work primarily in a temperature-controlled environment, with occasional access to cleanroom areas requiring gowning. Steel-toed footwear is mandatory on the floor, but candidates do not need to bring their own pair before starting. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
