Shift: Mon-Fri 2:30p.m.-11p.m. overtime when needed.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1 year of recent sit-down forklift experience required
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes preferred
• Experience using FedEx Ship Manager and UPS WorldShip is a plus
• Basic computer skills required

Job Duties

• Process outbound shipments using FedEx and UPS shipping systems
• Create shipping labels, packing slips, and shipping documentation
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Enter inventory information into warehouse systems
• Maintain shipping and receiving records and documentation
• Track shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues
• Organize incoming materials and stage products for storage or distribution
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory accuracy
• Operate a sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanners, or inventory software is preferred.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment is beneficial.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or order fulfillment is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate dependability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely load, unload, and organize products in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and production conditions as required.

What You Will Do

As a Shipping and Receiving Forklift Operator you will receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, prepare outbound orders, verify inventory, organize warehouse stock, complete shipping and receiving documentation, and help maintain accurate inventory records. You will safely move products throughout the warehouse while supporting efficient shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations.
