Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 6AM to 4:30PM
Pay: $19-21/hr
About the Role
We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our shipping and receiving deparment. In this role, you will safely operate forklifts to move, stack, load, and unload materials and finished products while maintaining an organized and efficient work area.

This position is ideal for candidates with forklift and shipping and experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Production Operations

• Safely operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts.
• Move, stack, load, and unload materials and finished products.
• Transport pallets and materials to designated areas.
• Inspect pallets and products for damage or discrepancies.
• Maintain organized staging and storage areas.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Follow all company safety and operating procedures.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report any issues.
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.

Qualifications Required

• Previous forklift experience. SIT AND STAND
• Shipping and receiving experience is a must
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to follow safety and production procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Ability to climb stairs and work around elevated areas.
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and manufacturing conditions.

This position works in a manufacturing/warehouse environment that may be:

• Hot, cold, dusty, and noisy.
• Fast-paced and production-driven.
• Around moving equipment and forklifts.
