Key Responsibilities
Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders
Prepare and package outgoing equipment, parts, and materials for shipment
Load and unload materials from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment
Organize and maintain warehouse inventory to ensure materials are properly stored and easy to locate
Coordinate shipments with carriers and assist with scheduling pickups and deliveries
Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts and inventory tracking
Pull and stage materials for fabrication and production teams as needed
Ensure shipping documentation and labels are accurate and complete
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
Qualifications
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or material handling preferred
Basic computer skills for shipment tracking and inventory systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and support team operations
Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus
Valid driver's license preferred
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to load, unload, and move materials safely within the warehouse
Ability to work in a warehouse and light industrial environment
