    Shipping & Receiving Lead - Grafton, WI

    If you are driven to succeed with a passion for the professional growth and development of others, our employee-focused company may have the right opportunity for you. Kapco Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Lead on our 2nd shift at our Grafton, WI facility.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Assist with overseeing shipping operations during the assigned shift.
    • Review shipment orders, stage materials, and assign tasks to shipping personnel.
    • Partner with the Shipping Supervisor to review production schedules and establish the evening shift plan.
    • Prepare UPS and customer shipments as needed.
    • Complete daily reporting, including shipment documentation, issue tracking, and incident investigations.
    • Support shipping operations and perform other duties as assigned.
    • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following company procedures.

    Qualifications:

    • 3–5 years of shipping operations experience preferred.
    • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
