Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare all cylinders for outgoing shipment and prepare the BOL (bill of lading)Maintain an adequate supply of materials needed by tracking current inventory & communicating with lead/supervisor timely to allow sufficient time to replenish depleted items Collaborates and communicates with logistics, customer service, third-party carriers, and others involved in the shipment of products.Use internal software (Cyltrak) to identify outgoing shipments, verify shipment information & update shipment status Work in accordance with all company policies relating to health & safetyExperience, Knowledge, and QualificationsMust be able to safely operate a forklift Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in shipping/receiving or working with LTL carriers is strongly preferred Ability to multitask & be flexible to changing priorities Basic computer skills in programs such as MS Word, Excel, etc. Excellent communication skillsHigh attention to detail & ability to closely follow written instructionsAbility to pass 608 Universal Certification within 90 days of hire We are an equal-opportunity employer.
