Shipping & Receiving Associate

HTSS is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a busy manufacturing company in Pennsburg, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience who is looking for steady, full-time work and the opportunity to become a permanent employee.
In this role, you'll help keep customer orders moving, shipments on schedule, and inventory organized and accurate.
What You'll Do
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
Create shipping labels and complete shipping paperwork
Coordinate parcel, freight, and LTL shipments
Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials
Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts
Operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
Work closely with production and other departments to ensure orders are completed on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse area
What We're Looking For
2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
Previous experience preparing shipments and shipping documentation is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with a solid work ethic
Basic computer skills; ERP or inventory system experience is a plus
Forklift experience preferred; certification can be provided
Ability to work effectively in a busy manufacturing/warehouse environment
