Shipping and Receiving Supervisor

Job Functions:

• Supervise the shipping and receiving processes to ensure they are efficient and accurate
• Coordinate with external and internal customers to process and schedule deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory of products and supplies
• Inspect shipment contents for damage, shortage, and overages
• Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments and create reports as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory standards
• Train and coach shipping and receiving team members on proper procedures and expectations
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
