Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate in the Leetsdale, PA area start ASAP!
Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate - Supports daily logistics operations by handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay Rate & Schedule:
$19.50/hour
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Must be available for weekends and additional overtime as required
Job Duties & Requirements:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, condition, and completeness
Match shipments to packing slips and purchase orders; report discrepancies or damages
Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to shipping specifications
Label and document all inbound and outbound shipments
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment safely (3+ years required)
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
Conduct inventory counts and report shortages
Track shipments and communication with carriers and internal teams
3+ years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS systems preferred
Forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
