Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Driver – 1st Shift

Looking for a stable 1st shift opportunity with a company that values teamwork, quality, and reliability? We're seeking a motivated Shipping & Receiving Clerk/Driver to join a growing manufacturing team supporting the aerospace industry.

What You'll Do

• Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive and process incoming materials and deliveries.
• Create packing lists and shipping documentation.
• Use shipping software and ERP systems to manage orders.
• Make local deliveries and pickups using a company vehicle.
• Operate a forklift and assist with loading and unloading materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand throughout the shift.
