Hourly Rate: $20

Schedule: 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday possible OT Saturdays

Job Overview
Support a small manufacturing operation by coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and keeping the shipping/receiving area organized and compliant with safety practices.

What You’ll Do

• Process outgoing shipments by preparing orders and required shipping documentation
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
• Update and maintain inventory records to support correct stock levels
• Organize materials in designated locations and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Operate forklift equipment as needed for loading, unloading, and moving materials
• Coordinate with internal teams to support efficient workflow and resolve shipment or inventory issues

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory support preferred
• Comfort using basic inventory/stock management processes and records
• Forklift operation experience required or strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform basic math for inventory accuracy
• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
