Pay Rate: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shift Options: Day Shift, 4 AM-4 PM or Night Shift, 4 PM-4 AM | Schedule Options: Monday-Thursday or Thursday- Sunday

Ready to play a key role in warehouse and shipping operations? Join our team as a Shipping and Staging Clerk where you'll help ensure inventory is organized, shipments are accurate, and products are prepared for on-time delivery in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Shipping and Staging Clerk Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or inventory control experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software or warehouse systems.
• Ability to accurately complete and review shipping documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Shipping and Staging Clerk Job Duties:

• Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing slips, labels, and manifests.
• Verify shipment accuracy against customer orders and inventory records.
• Stage, organize, and label materials for efficient loading and transportation.
• Perform inventory checks and resolve shipping or inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material movement as needed.
• Maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and transportation records.
• Communicate shipping issues and support daily warehouse operations.
• Keep the staging area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
