Job Details: 1st shift:   8: 00am-4: 30pmPay: $18.00 an hourType: Temp to HireWeekly pay Job Description:We are seeking a reliable shipping assistant to join our team with some forklift experience. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing, packaging, and shipping outgoing orders while ensuring accuracy and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and takes pride in producing quality work. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and package customer orders for shipment.
  • Verify products and quantities against packing slips and shipping documents.
  • Label, palletize, and wrap shipments for safe transportation.
  • Load and unload trucks using a pallet jack or forklift (if certified).
  • Operate RF scanners and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Inspect products for quality before shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments as needed.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Forklift experience is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
