PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures including PPE usage required training hazard reporting and active participation in maintaining a safe workplace.
Perform core warehouse operations including receiving put-away picking packing and shipping while maintaining accuracy efficiency and professional presentation.
Receive and verify inbound shipments by unloading inspecting and reconciling deliveries against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and related systems for all inventory and shipping activities including inbound processing bin transfers order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper labeling stocking FIFO practices cycle counts and inventory control activities.
Verify outbound shipments to ensure correct products documentation and customer-requested shipping services are met.
Select and coordinate appropriate shipping methods based on carrier rates transit routes and shipping requirements.
Handle international shipments and hazardous materials including lithium batteries compressed gases and hazardous fluids in strict compliance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
Track and maintain shipment records including weights freight charges damage reports and discrepancy resolution.
Maintain clean organized and safe warehouse and dock areas and proactively report safety concerns hazards and opportunities for improvement.
Comply with all applicable security requirements including background check standards required training and PCI DSS-related policies as applicable.
ESSENTIAL KSAs (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities)
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable using computer applications including Gmail, Microsoft applications, NetSuite, and UPS/FedEx systems.
Reliable, responsible, and accountable in meeting daily responsibilities.
Communicates clearly and professionally while collaborating effectively to support seamless coordination with internal teams and service providers.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.
Able to safely lift up to 70 lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
Previous experience with Warehouse Management Systems.
Experience working collaboratively in a team-based warehouse environment.
Schedule Expectations
Monday-Friday during standard business hours with occasional overtime as needed to meet operational demands.
