Grand Specialty is looking for a hard working individual to pack and ship our customer orders both nationally and internationally. This position is the last line of defense for customer satisfaction and requires a great deal of focus and attention to detail. This position is located in Fredericksburg, Texas.
DUTIES
Pack and ship products for delivery to the end user Determine best packing solutions for the type of product to be shipped. Inventory packing and shipping supplies and communicate inventory needs to purchasing. Follow procedures for safety. Accurately pull and organize customer orders for shipping.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to move quickly to meet overnight shipping deadlines. Best candidates will have a knack for spatial relationships in regards to packing products with minimal waste while protecting goods to their final destination. Previous shipping experience preferred but not necessary. Ability to spend long periods on feet while moving and lifting boxes of various shapes and weights. Ability to evaluate and prioritize daily shipping needs with customer expectations.
