Schedule: 6:00am-4:30pm Mon-Thurs (Fri off, but will work as needed for production hrs.)
  Job Overview
We are seeking a Shipping Assistant worker with carpentry skills to ship wooden products. Enjoy a structured schedule and competitive pay of $16.50 per hour while contributing to quality craftsmanship in our production team.
  What You’ll Do

• Shipping Assistant.  Report to the shipping department and move to the assembly department as needed.  Inspecting and qualifying product, building pallets, and packing product for shipment (including in boxes, palletizing, wrapping, and strapping).  Experience, preferably in a production environment, with nail guns, chop saws, table saws, drills, and reading a tape is a plus.  Starting pay $16.50/hr depending on experience. Our current hours are Monday through Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly
• Ability to set up simple machines
• Familiarity with woodworking machinery and hand tools
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions
• Dependable and responsible work ethic
