About the Role
Engauge Workforce Solutions is seekinga reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate for our Waukesha client. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining safety and organization within the warehouse.
What You'll Do
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
- Read, interpret, and work from job tickets and shop orders.
- Use hand tools such as cutting tools and banding equipment.
- Prepare and load outgoing shipments while maintaining accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow visual work instructions and shipping procedures.
- Adapt to changing priorities and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Support warehouse operations and assist as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of forklift operating experience required.
- Prior shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use shipping software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Dependable and committed to maintaining productivity and safety standards.
