Shipping Associate

Velocity Flex is seeking an experienced Shipping Associate to join our team with the opportunity to grow into a Shipping Team Lead role. This position is ideal for someone with prior shipping and warehouse experience who enjoys working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. LOCATION: Baytown, TX; Temp to Hire. Paying $18 to $20/hr. depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, package, and ship outgoing orders accurately
• Verify shipments and maintain shipping documentation
• Assist with inventory and warehouse organization
• Operate shipping equipment and follow safety procedures
• Work closely with the shipping team to meet daily deadlines
• Support team lead responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous shipping/warehouse experience required
• Leadership potential and strong work ethic
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a "good ol' boy" culture

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday
• 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch
• 4/10 schedule (40 hours per week)
