Job Title: Shipping Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to manage the preparation, packaging, and shipment of products in a fast-paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time while maintaining safety, organization, and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to meet shipping deadlines.
Prepare and package products for shipment according to company standards
Verify shipping orders, labels, and documentation for accuracy
Load and unload shipments using appropriate equipment
Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure quality and proper packaging
Maintain accurate shipping records and update inventory systems as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping schedules
Experience in shipping, warehouse, or logistics operations
Ability to read and understand shipping orders, labels, and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift and move packages as required by the role
Ability to work independently and follow safety guidelines
Familiarity with shipping software and inventory management systems
Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment
Strong time-management and problem-solving skills
