We are currently seeking a reliable Shipping Associate to join our production team. In this role, you’ll prepare, package, label, and ship premium tea and specialty products while maintaining food quality and food safety standards.

• PAY: Starting at $17.50 per hour, offer depending on experience

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of tea, coffee, or spices is a plus.
• Ability to accurately weigh, measure, and package products.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.

Our Shipping Associate will:

• Blend, package, and label tea, coffee, and specialty products
• Inspect products for quality and ensure packaging meets company standards.
• Weigh ingredients and prepare products for shipment.
• Assemble gift sets and specialty orders.
• Assign and track lot numbers for inventory and quality control.
• Operate labeling equipment and other production machinery as needed.
• Pick, pack, and ship retail and wholesale customer orders
• Receive incoming inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Keep production and warehouse areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Follow all safety procedures, sanitation standards, and company policies.
• Assist with other production and warehouse duties as assigned.
